If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Returning an item(s) is valid within 14 days of receiving the order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- Item(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You can either create a return request or call our customer care hotline on 16678 to create one for you. Once you/they do, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Next, our courier will contact you to pick up your item(s)
- Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you through email or phone that we have received your returned item(s).
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
- If your return is approved, in case you have paid using a credit card, we will initiate a refund to the credit card you used. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Cash on delivery payment will be refunded as store credit that could be used with your upcoming transaction.
- Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Carina store with the original invoice that came with your order, to return or exchange the delivered item(s) with your desired ones.
